85g - Bell Pepper (Mix of Red & Green)

4 tsp & 1 Cup - Water

½ tsp - Salt

½ tsp - Red Chilli Flakes

1 Clove - Garlic (OPTIONAL)

Using our Curry Kit (18 mins Cook Time)
If adding Garlic: Wash and dice into small pieces. Next wash the Paneer under cold water, then dice into small cubes or your desired preference. Set aside the Garlic and Paneer.
Add Ghee to a pan and melt on a low heat.
Add the Ginger & Green Chilli and cook for 30 seconds on medium heat.
Add the Onions & Pepper, Garlic and sauté on medium heat for 4 minutes.
Add the Puree, Vinegar & Soy Sauce, Paneer and stir thoroughly. Cook for 1 minute on medium high heat.
Add the Water and cook for an additional 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix the Cornflour & Red Chilli Flakes with 4 teaspoons of Water.
Add the Cornflour & Red Chilli Flakes mixture into the pan. Then cook on medium high heat for 7 minutes.
Add the Salt and stir thoroughly.
Chilli Paneer is ready! Serve with your side:
Rice: Place the rice on one side of your plate, then pour some Chilli Paneer beside the rice.
Chapatti/Naan: Place the Chilli Paneer in a bowl and scoop using a piece of chapatti/naan.
Using your own ingredients (1 hour Cook Time)
If adding Garlic dice finely. Next wash the Paneer under cold water, then dice into small cubes or your desired preference.
Mince the Ginger, Green Chilli and cut the Onions and Pepper into 3cm sized pieces.
Add Ghee to a pan and melt on a low heat.
Next add the Ginger & Green Chilli and cook for 30 seconds on medium heat.
Add the Onions & Pepper, Garlic and sauté on medium heat for 4 minutes.
Add the Puree, Vinegar & Soy Sauce, Paneer and stir thoroughly. Cook for 1 minute on medium high heat.
Add the Water and cook for an additional 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix the Cornflour & Red Chilli Flakes with 4 teaspoons of Water.
Add the Cornflour & Red Chilli Flakes mixture into the pan. Then cook on medium high heat for 7 minutes.
Add the Salt and stir thoroughly.
Chilli Paneer is ready! Serve with your side:
Rice: Place the rice on one side of your plate, then pour some Chilli Paneer beside the rice.
Chapatti/Naan: Place the Chilli Paneer in a bowl and scoop using a piece of chapatti/naan.
