How do I order a ChefJi box?

We offer a one off purchase and a subscription service. Simply choose your preferred choice and hit the cart icon and follow the instructions at the checkout

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK! 🚚

Will the ingredients be fresh?

Yes. We will only pack the freshest top quality ingredients for you, as we strongly believe you are what you eat - we only want you to be your best version! All prepped items also come with an expiry date

Do you use Ghee or Oil?

We currently use ghee in all our recipe boxes, but will be releasing a "Non-Ghee" version very soon! Ghee gives that authentic homestyle touch - It's all in the Ghee! There is a huge misconception around using ghee in cooking, but there are countless health benefits to using it. But like anything, with moderation of course!

Do you offer a subscription plan?

We're excited to say it's coming veryyy soon! But make sure to head over to our ChefJi Subscription Box page and register your interest so we can let you know as soon as we launch!

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns on boxes that have been delivered. The reason being is due to the nature of the content being perishable. However, if you have a complaint or would like to raise a concern with your order, please contact us at hello@chefji.co.uk immediately upon receiving your delivery. In cases where your order has arrived damaged or contents spoilt, we will ask for proof via email. If approved, we will send you a replacement. Please ensure that you read our terms & conditions and refund policy before placing an order

How long does it take to receive my delivery?

We dispatch orders on Mondays and Thursdays with a next day delivery service to ensure the freshness of the ingredients are kept. If you'd like your delivery earlier, please select our special next day service at the checkout.

How can I find my Tracking Info?

Once we have dispatched your order we will send you an email notification along with your Tracking ID. Then on the day of delivery you will be sent a time slot by our delivery partner

Are all the ingredients included in the box?

Yes! However as we are lacto-vegetarian, for any non-veg recipes you will be required to purchase the meat, fish or egg. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to try our vegetarian twist!

Is there any cross-contamination?

Our team does not handle any meat, fish or egg products. We thoroughly ensure we follow all the hygiene rules and regulations to prevent any risk of contamination
