Refund Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns on boxes that have been delivered. The reason being is due to the nature of the content being perishable. However, if you have a complaint or would like to raise a concern with your order, please contact us at hello@chefji.co.uk immediately upon receiving your delivery. In cases where your order has arrived damaged or contents spoilt, we will ask for proof via email. If approved, we will send you a replacement.

 

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund we will ask for proof in the form of an image, which will need to be emailed to us at hello@chefji.co.uk along with your order reference. Once received, our team will review it and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@chefji.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you may dispose your item/order and we will either refund your money or send a replacement depending on the situation.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is spoilt, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
